12v not working

hi can anyone help i accidently put a 13amp fuse instead of a 10amp in the fuse box since then nothing works on 12v have replaced all fuses including the one outside the transformer with correct ones now but still nothing

240v works fine battery voltage indicator also not working 

i have an avondale kestrel 90s
