People who have complaints often broadcast their experiences but we rarely hear good things broadcast.  

I wanted to buy a roof lining for our Ventura/Isabella Winter Porch and scoured the internet looking for one.  In the end I phoned Penrose Touring of Redruth in Cornwall who are Isabella dealers.   Not only did they contact Isabella direct for me and get
me a good deal, the item was delivered direct from Isabella less than 24 hours later.     I think that's a wonderful service that people should know about.
