I am absolutely fed up. If IT is in-house at CC they all need sacking because of incompetence. Time to get contractors in who will be held to contract for the system working.....or sacked if it doesn't!

For the 5th year running I am trying to book a site that has eluded me at a particular time.  Again, those on faster internet connections are at a distinct advantage.  The system stinks.
