Been to look at motorhomes

Stopped off at a dealership on our way back from Aberdeen yesterday as OH wanted to get a feel of the space in the various layouts, but found nothing we would be happy with. 

The cab seats were very comfortable, but that was the only good thing.

Most of the (new) ones with a fixed bed felt very cramped, and in several the access to the bed was awkward....too high......bed surrounded by cupboards etc.

Kitchen space was poor too, and in most the bathroom was very short of space, with several having very poor shower space.

Enquired regarding any second hand models that might meet our requirements, but there was nothing suitable.

OH was very disappointed.

Perhaps we are expecting too much and need to consider what compromises we are willing to make.
