Affiliated sites - Clarification Needed Please

I have just been on the phone to book a 5 night stay on a Club Affiliated site near my son's home.  We have stayed here several times before and simply paid Club rates.
This time, I was asked if we have a dog coming with us as they charge extra for dogs and limit the number to 2 per pitch.  
As a result of this I checked the company's own website to check the prices and find that not only do they now appear to charge for dogs but also for awnings.       I find this surprising since we have never had these excess charges applied before and I wondered what Club policy is on this???  A Staff response would be helpful.
