Garmin nuvi 2598 Caravan Club POI no navigation

I have a Garmin nuvi 2598 I have installed the caravan club sites poi's but it will not give me the option to navigate to the sites I have to come out of the poi's and enter the postcode. It works ok for overseas sites but not UK site or CL"s. Has anybody
else had this problem and if so did you find a fix for it.
