How much income from a CL ?

As a CL owner and caravanner I have been reading with interest the posts about some increases in pitch fees on CLs.

I thought it would be interesting to ask the question , how much do members think it is fair for CL owners to earn per one night pitch fee after all expenses are taken out? ( Not including labour which we will assume is free and disregarding tax)
