When do CL owners take their holiday?

Now here is a question for fellow CL owners, when do you take your holidays if you are lucky enough to have one? As we are not open all year we take ours out of season mostly, but occassionally in season, which gives 2 alternatives, to close for a while or employ someone to look after the site. So what do you all do?
