Sat Nav download not working properly

Has anyone managed to download the Club sites to their garmin sat-nav. I have downloaded the Caravan and Camping Club sites with no problem but thr Caravan Club download does not work properly. I can fid the sites in my sat-nav but although they are there
they will not load.

I don't think it is my problem since the C & CC download work great
