Hails storm repair

Guys, just had a chat with my insurer and seems I'm covered for the big hail storm happened in June this year in Leicestershire. It caused just cosmetic damage but is quite important as the roof and one of the lateral walls is all dented (around 200 dents
everywhere). I know I will loose my claim discounts but will it be worth all the pain? Do you know any good repair centre in the Leicestershire area? What would happen if my caravan is written off?

As you know I'm kind of new to all this and I haven't even made a car insurance claim... so I don't know where to start.
