Hi nicko. I have the same tyres on my Lunar and have just been to have a look at the sidewall. The manufacturing date is just below ST6000 and to the right of some other numbers and to the left of the max load information. Mine is 1114 meaning that the tyres
were manufactured week 11 in 2014, ie the second week of March 2014. Hope this helps.

The date code is only applied to one side of the tyre. If you still cannot see it on the outside then it will be on the inner sidewall.

The week/year date code is often called the DOT number and you can recognise it as it is always printed INTO the sidewall, whereas all the other lettering etc on the side of the tyre stands proud - as Chris says, it's usually only on one side so may be on
the inner tyre face and difficult to see.  It's often within an oval 'frame'.
