Bailey noseweight - measured values

If you have a Bailey Senator Wyoming Series 5 will you please tell me the MEASURED value of their noseweight. Or if a similar Bailey model what are the published and actual values.

With nothing ahead of the axles that wasn't standard factory fitment apart from the battery, two standard Calor 6kg propane cylinders and the motor mover gubbins (which is of close to the wheels of course) mine reads just under 100kg. 

Bailey claim in the handbook that noseweight should be between 50kg and 100kg, so how can anyone get down to 50kg without sacks of potatoes at the back end? No problem asmy  Land Rover is rated to 150kg, but it looks as if all the solar stuff will have to
be fitted to the rear half of the roof if I can't lighten it up a bit,
