Fiat Ducato 2.8tdi glow plug light

Hi I wonder if any one can put my mind at rest. In the recent cold snap when starting my fiat 2.8tdi the glow plug light has started flashing during starting and when engine has started then goes out after 15 to 20 second .This only happens when its very
cold .Can any body tell me if this is anything to worry about
