Trolley Jack Adaptor

Does anyone know who might make an adaptor to fit onto a trolley jack so that it fits into the jacking point on an Alko chassis? 

I have one that fits to the jacking points on my Land Rover Discovery but there is noting on it to identify the maker.

    Our local engineering works (yours too, I'm sure) have the expertise and the materials. The trouble is, like most tradesman, they are shockingly bad at meeting delivery dates.
