just had my caravan serviced by codsford caravans near wolverhampton i needed a new thirteen pin plug for towing, they did it without asking if i wanted it replaced im glad they did they only charged me for the plug £9.99 fitted it for free the independant
bloke wanted £40  to replace it. I was relly chuffed as it's  not very often you get anything done for nothing in this life
