Noisy kids?

My wife overheard a fellow caravanner tell our three young kids off for making too much noise whilst they were playing after dinner. "Keep the noise down you can hear it all over the site". This was at 7pm ! There aren't many kids on the site but they are
allowed to be there and have fun. My view is that if you don't like kids making noise, you should go to a kid free site.
