towbar problem while driving

Having left the the York Beechwood Grange site,we had a terrible grinding noise from the towbar area of our caravan. We unhooked the caravan twice to try and find the problem to no avail. We travelled all the way home to Essex and found the problem was only
when we went round corners. Has anyone had this problem? The caravan was serviced by the dealer while we were away.
