Tyron Bands & New Tyres for Motorhome

Does anyone have experience of purchasing Tyron Bands for a motorhome? I am desperately trying to purchase 4 new camping tyres and to have Tyron Bands fitted at the same time. All the tyre suppliers I have contacted have no suitable tyres in stock and they
say they have no future delivery date from their suppliers. Even if I manage to find some, most tyre fitters seem not to want to fit Tyron Bands unless they can supply the tyres as well.
