Route planner

I am in the process of planning a route to stay at York Rowntree Park  site and have noticed the specific directions to the site on their site information to avoid low bridges , the city centre etc and enter via the A64/A19 yet the clubs route planner shows
a route which takes you through the city centre and under a low bridge !!

Surely the clubs route planner should have the correct routes for caravans etc ...??
