RV facilities in Quebec

I have a caravan.  Lovely Bailey Orion 530-6.  Am happy I know how to use it; plug in the electric, empty the cassette etc.  However, we are going to Canada next year and I really fancy hiring an RV (30' 5/7 berth) for a couple of weeks of the holiday. 
I'd like to know how often you need to fill up water / empty waste etc. in a motorhome.  Some of the National Park owned campsites overthere seem to just have EHUs and advise that 'dumping and water' are located 'nearby'. (BTW I'm one of those people who don't
use the onboard facilities in the 'van, so I find the prospect of actually 'using' the onboard loo a bit scary!), I If anyone has any experience of facilities over there, I'd love to hear about it.
