Campbell's Caravans excellent service..... so far

Last time I was making up the bed in my 2013 Bailey Orion, I noticed that the fabric covering the mattress at the foot end was starting to fray away at the seam.  I photographed it, scanned it to Campbells in Preston where we bought the van and two weeks'
later they've agreed to collect the mattress from our home address, and have advised that the manufacturer will 'repair or replace' the mattress once they have sight of it.  Should take no more than a week or so.  Except that we're due to be at Meathop Fell
next week so it will have to wait until we come back.  Can't fault the speed and courtesy of Campbell's response though.  Will let you know the outcome in due course.....
