Sandringham CC site v. the other Club

Am considering Sandringham for our main holiday this year.  Have never visited Norfolk area at all (or anywhere east of the Pennines for that matter).  Not sure what to expect over there but a quick look at Google earth seems to show the CCC site looks rather more spacious than our own club site further down the road.  Does anyone have knowledge of the two sites?  And where's the nearest pub?  Any information gratefully received.
