Scratches On Acrylic Windows

Being new to the Motorhome game, I made the mistake of cleaning my windows with the brush I use to clean the van. Very soft though it is, the brush has made very fine scratch marks on the windows which are very visible in direct sunlight - although not visible
in normal light,

Can anyone advise how to get rid of the scratches, if it's at all possible?
