Motorhome Covers

Having just bought my very first shiny new motorhome I'm looking at all the extras that I might need.

To this end, I'd appreciate any thoughts and opinions on the subject of motorhome covers. Are they necessary?

They're obviously not cheap so I don't want to fork out the money if the benefits outweigh the costs.
