Awning Partican wall

I would like to seperate one third of my awning to make a kind of porch area to leave wet coats and dry dogs feet etc.

Has anybody used the Isabella partican wall or can you recomend one to me. Isabella say that there wall can only be used  in the center of the awning, why?

Any feedback por help would be greatly appreciated.
