Confused why CC Insurance Dearer For Member

we are about to renew our insurance for the 2nd year.

C&CC = £178 (for a non member)

CC = £215 (for a non member)

CC= £248 (as as member)

All the same exess and quoted on the exact same basis. How can this be?
