Your thoughts please - Towcar & New Van

Hi folks after a long hard weekend we have nearly settled on a a change of car and van yikes.  Major decisions Volve S60 or VX Passat 140Ps 2l TDI Sport.  Due to ever increasing fuel costs changing from Freelander to one of the above  both give better solo
fuel consuption. Changing Van from Elddis Odessey 540 to Baily Olympus Series 2 Genoa (nice 2 berth).  Hope we have it right!!! as we will get the VW Passat.
