assistance what car

hello bit of a fraud dont own caravan but have to tow my boat and in past you have been very helpful. My boat and four wheel trailer weighs about 1900 kg, bit more if we load with stuff, have been towing with 4 in car in mondeo 2.2 diesel, unfortuneately
the electrics went and burnt out, so now need ne vehicle any suggestions, we tow 1 or 2 times a year to france or spain so economy would be good and comfort for 4 guys? any hep would be greatly appreciated jon non caravaner
