towing limit and MTPLM

Hi I am thinking of buying a caravan for the first time.

I own a 2005 nissan almera tino 2.2 136BHP with maximum towing weight of 1250kg with 85% being 1232kg.

we are interested in a 4 berth van so a few family members can come along also.

one of the vans we have looked at is 2004 avondale argente 530/5. it states MTPLM is 1340kg and MIRO is 1130kg.

so my question is can I still tow this vehicle if I only add equipment onto the MIRO weight up to the 85% limit of 1232 and put the rest of the weight in my car boot?

I would greatly appreciate any feedback and I look forward to replies.
