IS IT LEGAL JUST TO LOAD BELOW PLATED WEIGHTS

CAN I REMAIN WITHIN PLATED WEIGHTS AND BE LEGAL OR DO I NEED BIGGER TOWCAR?

CARAVAN MTPLM=1300KG

CAR TOW WEIGHT= 1250KG

GTW=3190

as the plated figures stand im over towing limit and gross train weight.

is it acceptable just to load up to or below max tow weight and remain within gross trian weight or is plated weights the gold standard when stopped or questioned by police etc?

or should I just get towcar with bigger tow limit?

im driving on b licence so would I be below the 3500kg Blicence limit?
