Can you live without it?
We've just returned from a glorious 11 night break at Clumber Park. The forest walks, peace and quiet and wildlife were exceptional. While reading through some of the members comments in the visitors book, there were quite a few moans and groans about the
wifi being "erratic" in operation on the site, and also the lack of a mobile phone signal on site (which is is quite a common thing on club sites.
For me personally, i go caravanning to get away from technology of this type, i.e. to escape the rat race! I wouldn't even be bothered if we couldn't get a television reception to be honest....
However, it is obvious that a lot of caravanners couldn't live without this technology, which makes me wonder how everyone survived, say 10 years or so ago when this stuff didn't really exist!
This could be an interesting topic so the question is, could you live without mobile phones, wifi and television whilst caravanning?
