Do you pull over to let traffic past?

I ask the question due to the obvious dilemma between making progress myself and not slowing down other road users.

I had a particularly frustrating journey the other week whilst following a tractor doing 25-30mph for approx 6 miles, before he turned off to his destination.

Also, I had a journey back up to SYorks from Norfolk on the A17 which is mainly single carriageway. I would say that my outfit makes good progress and am happy doing 50mph. With a car behind me (practically in my boot) and a lorry behind that (legally allowed
to do 50mph now also), what would you have done on a long stretch of single carriageway?
