Deflated or not?

We purchased an Oxygen Porchlite awning two years ago,which we have used 5 times. After the first use, we were able (only just) to get it back into the supplied bag. The next time we could only zip the bag up about a quarter of the way. On the last occasion,
we have ended up with half the awning hanging out of the bag. Is it growing? Just can't seem to get all the air out of the tube. Has anybody got a solution to our problem?
