    Oh  WOW  !!  Close  to  a disqualification  in  the  Kierin !  But  judges,  after  analysis,  Video  checks  &  3/4  inch  of  nails  decree   its  a  RESTART !

    And  Its Yet   ANOTHER  FOUL--UP  Surprised  another  stop  &   another  wait

    Nice to see the officials making the sensible decission to let everyone take part, once they realised they did not have sufficient measures in place to police the false start issue. No doubt in future Olympics the bike will have a camera looking across the track and also down, to see when it pulls off, that will make any infringements obvious.

    Really enjoyed the cycling last night, but oh so nail biting.

    The Brownlee's seem to be going well. Getting very exciting. Just passed the bell, could be another gold and silver. Hope they can keep it up, it looks ever so hot.

    Who decided to exclude Northern Ireland from "Team GB"?

    There's a full explanation on the BBC website about the difference between GB and UK etc. Northern Ireland athletes can choose which country to represent (GB or The  Republic).

    Really enjoying the olympics and team GB performing wonderful , as we are massive equestrian fan's  Nick Skelton's GOLD has to be the icing on the cake for me Smile

    Watched the women's hockey final last night, didn't understand the rules but great game . Those girls certainly don't take prisoners!!. Well done GB .

    Of all the achievements and interviews those girls in the 4x100m team takes some beating. One was a cauldron lighter in 2012 and another a kitbag carrier. Some legacy! Happy

    just seen the video clip of some of  the returning team singing 'God save the Queen' on the plane, see half way down the page
    here, good to see. They do seem very happy and righly so!
