CC credit card site night vouchers (closed)

What's going on with the site night vouchers? Some friends of ours have just sent for theirs and included was a letter saying that they can only use 5 at any one site. This is after last years change of only being allowed to claim 5 in any one year which
I fell fowl of (after putting everything on my card for a year including a new kitchen)   The caravan club have told them that they can save up vouchers from previous years to a maximum of 3 years which is 15 vouchers but then can't use them on their fortnights
holiday! After 3 years any not claimed are forfeited which surely is wrong when you have earned them. Hope this is any use to anyone expecting to use their vouchers this year and haven't claimed them yet.
