Peugeot Partner towing vehicle

Hi everybody.

My other half's son and girlfriend recently bought their first house, so they're now saddled with huge mortgage payments for the rest of their lives. So they are unlikely to be able to afford expensive holidays for a while. I suggested a caravan might be
an idea to give them the sort of fun lifestyle we enjoy in our motorhome for a lot less expense, and we'd like to offer whatever help we can.

The caravan choice will of course be dictated by budget and the towing ability of their vehicle, I can work all that out with the help of caravanners I know. It'll have to be a Bailey so they can join us in the owners club
Happy

However, he is buying a small van as his only vehicle, so he can carry tools etc for work in the week, and her Mini won't be able to tow much. My worry is that they won't be allowed on many sites with the van/caravan combination. Can't see any specific rules
about this regarding Club sites, but does anyone have any experience or advice?

The rule about towing with commercial vehicles has been dropped, Lev.

You are safe with both clubs and should be on most sites. It would be wise however to check the rules for private sites before booking as a few might not take the van.
