Water settlement on caravan roof

Could someone advise as to whether it is acceptable for water to pool on the caravan roof. It settles particularly around the areas where vents/windows etc are. Should I worry? The caravan is a year old and I am not a fan of sealing a caravan up under one
of those covers. Should we get it under cover? Or shall I stop worrying
