Adjustable Height Tow Coupling.

Hi

I tow the caravan a trailer and a boat all with different hight towballs. I tow with a Toyota Hi Lux Surf 4*4. On Towsure and EBay I have seen aadjustable height tow coupling. for use on 4*4 but they are not CE approved. Has anybody any experience of these?
it would solve lots of problems
