Nice to see more Staff on the site

Has anyone else noticed we are seeing more Staff appearing in the last couple of days which I think is a good thing that they are getting involved with Club Together & talking to members directly & answering questions & queries , would it not be a good idea
to state the department in which they work ie Insurance, Membership, Expert in..... .?...   this could be written in the red panel under staff. What do you all think Staff included good or bad idea
