Managing director Mr.Bricknell confirmed that price for fitting the mover on my Eriba Triton, on Friday Nov 7 at Black Horse Farm CCS in Densole, Kent.
We were there, all the way from Holland, but Autowfix didn't show up. A phone call learnt that the fitter was not informed by Mr. Bricknell about the type of caravan we have, and therefor the mover could not be installed.Autowfix didn't bother to contact
us, for example to apologize or about a refund.
After 3 weeks at last I received a cheque for 649 BPS, again without any excuses. Well done, Mr.Bricknell, you are a true manager!
