My Trak WPT250 tracker

I recently purchased a Ventura CC sat nav and got the My Trak WPT250 tracker "free". Has anyone else taken advantage of thi offer? If so, how are you getting on with it? Personally I am finding it rather useless and My Trak have now informed me that it
only works outside - so not much use in the caravan!
