Play areas you can see from the 'van

We have only been the lucky owners of a caravan for a year now, and tour with our children, aged 6 and 8. We have found, that the sites that work best for us, are sites which have a play ground, that is open..ie, the kids can play in there, and we can supervise
them from the van...rather than having to sit at the side of the play ground, cramping their style!. Now I have written this down, it sounds awful, but what I am looking for is that balance between giving the children some independence, but still being able
to supervise them...from a distannce. We liked Lickpenny in the Peak district, as well as Highfields Farm in Cambridge. I wondered if anyone could suggest any more? Haven't planned where we are going yet, so anywhere in England or Wales would be great.

Thanks in advance.
