Watched  it  for  all  of  5  mins,  then  went  outside  &  talked  to  the  bird  feeders  for  a  while!  Much  more  stimulating  I  reckon  !

What a load of rubbish that was, were do they find these people.  I have been a caravanner for 40 years, we mostly rally, but I have never come across anyone like the motley crowd shown in this programme.  If I wasn't already a caravanner, it would put me
off becoming one!  The only thing that made me smile was the awning "divorce in a bag".

Saw it last time it was broadcast and decided it wasn't worthy of a mention again.  Wink

I could only watch it last time with my hands over my eyes...so I decided to take a peek last night and then the cat bought a mouse in...after demolishing the sitting room to find the mouse I had totally forgotten about this daft programme!Wink

as a member of the 'dark side' (never quite understood this term for the enlightened vanners of our hobby) and therefore knowing nothing about caravanning, i thought this was an accurate reflection of what I thought caravanning and its participants were
    all aboutWink

    do i want one....no

do i want an airstream, no

    should i enter tug-o-war, no

should i top up my tan, debatable

should i get the OH to take the 'washing up water' for disposal....divorce in a plastic box!

yes, all a bit wincingly bad, but we have to poke fun at somebody, dont we?

a harmless bit of fun, but perhaps a bit close to home for a few on CT?Laughing

FrownCertainly not a representation of CT members!!

No queues at the site entrance at 12noon

no dogs roaming around pooing everywhere

no nice neat rows of caravans

no one moaning about the site/facilities etc

But seriously what a misrepresentation of our hobby!!

Surprised. Use left and right arrows to navigate.Sad. Use left and right arrows to navigate.

Did anyone notice how fast that woman was driving. in what looked like a suburban area, just missing a lorry coming the other way, maybe thats why she wrote off her last van

Write your comments here...She actually had right of way because the lorry had to go round a parked vehicle......but  that would not have been my manoever, the lorry was a big old lump.I bet her hubby had a tight bottom.Surprised

I believe that Channel 5 has commissioned a new six part series of carry on caravaning. Not too sure when it will be shown, but likely to generate some lively discussions. Toot toot wave! Sorry just had to add that.Happy
