Help - Job move and house not sold!

Hi All

I wonder if anyone would be able to advise us on finding a pitch in Cumbria that my hubby would stay in a couple of nights a week.  We are looking to site the caravan there so that when he is in that area he has somewhere to stay. Any advice?  Thanks

    It's not a huge  place but there is a big lump in the middle which makes a lot of difference to travel times. Can you be a bit more specific ?

    Croft House CS near Bampton might suit you . Lovely site.

     Why not just use the CC's Kendal site, easy access off M6 Junct 36, or Kaker Mill CL at same Junct.

    I'm getting the impression that the OP wants to leave the caravan on site NTH rather than move it each week so a CC site is no use.

    Wouldn't a site with storage do the job?  Then it could be brought out when needed - Englethwaite Hall springs to mind in my limited knowledge of the area?

    Sorry Jill misread the OP. There's a CL just outside of Kendal where I've seen caravans stored in the past, Grate Farm. They could try there.
