Ceramic Cartridge for Mixer Tap

Hi,

 Can anyone help? The kitchen mixer tap in my motorhome developed a leak while away in Devon. It's leaking from the body of the tap. I think it's a Reich stainless steel tap, but not sure, can't find a name, but have found same/similar tap on the web, which
is a Reich. I have taken out the ceramic cartridge, but can't seem to find one that matches. Anyone any ideas? Might I have to change the tap? (might not be up to that cos my DIY skills are limited)  It seems pointless putting in cartridges though if that's
what you have to do.
