CL reviews

I have been to a certain CL several times which is extremely popular and people sometimes can't get a pitch as it's  often fully booked. I was quite suprised to see a review on the CC site which wasn't very complimentary. On reading it it transpired that
the reviewer had never stayed there because it was always full  went he tried to book. How can somebody review a site when he hasn't stopped there. I think this is not fair on the CL owner and pointless for people reading it. Should it not be a review requirement
that the person writing it should have actually stayed there. If not I might as well start reviewing all the sites I've never been to as well.
