Lock Change on exterior locker doors

Hi Folks,

Back again for more advice!!

Can anyone explain to me how to change/swap the barrel locks on locker/garage doors.

I took the circlip off the end and expected the barrel lock to just slide out but its stuck fast!!

Any help would be apreciated.
