Pioneer radio/satnav system

Hi

I`m having trouble getting my satnav screen to switch on/activate. We bought our motorhome a couple of months ago and it was working then! I`ve followed the handbook instructions without any joy, and the disc is inserted so apparently it should work.

Any ideas would be appreciated
