Air awnings

Hi Everyone, i was thinking of buying an inflatable porch awning this year but wondered if i might be wasting my money as i have a normal pole porch awning that works fine apart from the rear awning poles screws are a right pain and never seem to able to
grip!

I was thinking of just leaving the rear poles out and seccuring the rear of the awning down with pegs??????
