Thetford C250 CWE not flushing

Hi i have the above electric toilet fitted to a 2008 Abbey 420 GTS, but there doesn;t appear to be any power to operate the flush. The control panel ( which i'm assuming should be illuminated) doesn't  show any sign of life and the toilet doesnt flush when
pressing the blue button. I've replaced the 3 amp fuse behind the waste tank but still no joy. Can anyone help before i pay through the nose and take it to  a dealer to tell me it was something  simple??
